Tapflo Butylflex Hose
Tapflo Butylflex wire reinforced rubber hose is made of butyl rubber in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.
Tapflo butylflex hose is manufactured with a multi ply textile reinforcements and a 304L stainless steel spring wire which is encased in the hose wall.
Tapflo butylflex hoses are ideally suited for product transfer applications in the food and beverage industries and are perfect for applications where ease of handling and product security are required.
All fittings used with Tapflo butylflex hoses are of 316L stainless steel and are hygenic designed, thus eleminating any areas of possible contamination and making the hoses perfect for cleaning in place ( CIP ). Butylflex hoses can be sterilised at temperatures of 150 °C.
